How users are managed in TemplateMe?

By default, when you create a Notification Template Scheme you can see that users in TemplateMe! are divided into three different groups:

1. Licensed Users
2. Unlicensed Users
3. External Users

The difference between these users are the Application Access they have. Here you can read more about each group:

Licensed Users

Users who have got permission to use at least JIRA Core Application.

^{Note that users who can use JIRA Service Desk or JIRA Software Application, have access to JIRA Core Application as a consequence}

Unlicensed Users

Users who have got an account into your JIRA instance, However they haven't got permission to use at least JIRA Core Application.

External Users

Emails account which haven´t got an associate account into your JIRA instance.
