How users are managed in TemplateMe?

Types of users
By default, when you create a Notification Template Scheme you can see that users in TemplateMe! are divided into three different groups:
- Licensed Users
- Unlicensed Users
- External Users
The difference between these users is the Application Access level they have. Here, you can read more about each group:
Licensed Users
Users who have got permission to use at least JIRA Core Application.
Note that users who can use JIRA Service Desk or JIRA Software Application, have access to JIRA Core Application as a consequence
Unlicensed Users
Users who have got an account into your JIRA instance. However, they haven't got permission to use at least JIRA Core Application.

External Users
Emails account which havenĀ“t got an associate account into your JIRA instance.
Issue security
TemplateMe! will send notifications to unlicensed and external users (i.e: users that cannot see the issue) unless there is any Issue security level applied to that issue that prevents the user to see it.
