Fields

Copy from/to: This section is where you define from which issue(s) to which issue(s) the fields will be copied.

• Source Issue(s): the issue(s) from which the field value(s) is/​​are obtained.

  • Current issue: Select this option to copy the value of the selected field(s) from the current issue.

  • Parent of current issue: Select this option to copy the value of the selected field(s) from the parent of the current issue.

  • Sub-task(s) of current issue: Select this option to copy the value of the selected field(s) from the sub-task(s) of the current issue.

  • Link(s) of current issue: Select this option to copy the value of the selected field(s), you can select the specific link type under “Issue link” or leave it blank for consider any issue link type.

• Destination Issue(s): the issue(s) where the field values ​​are copied. The available options are the same as for the Source issue(s).

Field(s) to copy: This section is where you define which field(s) will be copied.

• Source Field: The source field from which its value will be copied.

• Destination Field: The destination field to which the value of the source field will be copied.

• Options: There are two possible options:

  • Ignore emtpy value: If the source field is empty, the destination field will not be emptied.

  • Set only if field is empty: Set the field value only if the destination filed is empty.

Click Add field to add one more field to the list.

Click Remove () next to a field to remove it field from the field list to be copied.
