Accesing to the Notification Template section

In order to create a new template, navigate to 'Notification Template' option inside the Issue Administration view, alternatively you can press '.' to show the quick search dialog and type 'Notification Templates' before <enter> to go to this menu.

It everything was good, you will see an screen like this:

 

Create your first template

To create a new template, simply press the 'Add Notification Template' button located at the top of the page. In the next screen you will see a form to register your new template.

 

You will need to fill at least, the template name and add some content to this template in order to save it.

NOTE: TemplateMe! uses Apache Velocity behind the scenes to render the final email, there are some variables that you can use to make your email dynamic. For further information about what variables are available please click the (question) button at the top o this page.



NotifyMe! Integration

If you has bought NotifyMe! and you want to use it  TemplateMe! to display the content generated  by this add-on, you can do it simply adding the $notifymeHTML  variable to your template.

 

Delete, Edit or Copy a Template

After you have created a template, you will see that in the table which show you all the registers has appared some options on right side of this table. Now you are able to edit, copy o delete this new template.
Note: Templates which are part of a Notificacion Scheme couldn't be deleted, System Templates cannot be deleted as well.
