Install from the Universal Plugin Manager

1. Enable SOAP remote API in Confluence

2. Go to JIRA and click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons
   The Manage add-ons screen loads.
   
   
3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
4. Locate ReceiveMe! via search.
   Results include add-on versions compatible with your JIRA instance.
   
   
5. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
   
   
6. You're all set!
   Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

2. Download ReceiveMe! from the Atlassian Marketplace.
   
   
3. Log into your JIRA instance as admin.
   
   
4. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons
   The Manage add-ons screen loads.
   
   
5. Click Manage Add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
6. Click Upload Add-on in the Universal Plugin Manager screen.
   
   
7. Locate the ReceiveMe! jar you downloaded in the first step upload it.
   
   
8. You're all set!

Setup

1. In JIRA, go to System and In section Mail, click in Incoming Mail.

   
   

2. Click the button Add incoming mail handler, add any name to the handler and and select a Server. Use the Handler option (Custom) Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue and click Next.

   
   

3. Select the Project for which you want to create issues, as well as the Issue Type to create. You can also indicate whether you want to create the user in JIRA and other options.

4. Click Save to start using ReviceMe!
