In order to create a new Notification Template Scheme, please press the 'Add Notification Template' button, after you will see an dialog box like this:
Here you must specify at least a name for this new Notification Template Scheme, and the templates this scheme will use for the three different types of users.
After that you need to click 'Save' to register this new scheme.
